“Unreasonable. Watch out before renting this house!!”

“I have mixed feelings on this property. ProsCleanEasy check in/check outDecent bedsConsIt had the absolute bare minimum of everything. Not a single extra blanket or pillow. The bath towels they provided are pretty bad! They are awful, very thin. We stayed for 4 nights, and they provided 6 towels for three people...and said we weren't allowed to use the washer The kitchen was NOT fully stocked. It might be ok if you're staying for one night, but if you're staying for multiple days and plan to……

“Great spot just outside Lubbock. We used this as a “base camp” and to see Caprock canyon and palo duro, while also getting to stay in a canyon with restaurants 20 min down the road. Very quiet and great sunsets. ”

“The host was friendly and check-in information was nice and clear. The property definitely has some issues. Walked in the house to find dead bugs on the floor in various rooms and on window sills. Kids grossed out! The floors are all SUPER dirty. (Tile, Carpet & Rugs) Wouldn’t recommend walking around barefoot def need a new cleaner! The closets smelled super weird? Just painted or something else? We didn’t want our close in there with the fumes. Base boards missing in one room and shoty……
