“Everything was great nice home on the lake with everything you need to cook in or restaurants galore within 2-3 miles. A great spot for a small family. Host was great communication was wonderful as they follow up to make sure everything good. Will stay again ”

“My wife & I stayed at this house for a long Easter weekend while visiting our son at the University of Tennessee. We were 20 minutes from his apartment near campus and the drive to and from this house to campus was simple. The house was perfect for us and our dog. The kitchen has everything one would need. The property is great for walking our dog and sitting outside in the yard enjoying the views. Jaclyn could not have been easier with which to work. We plan to be back!”

“This was a Wonderfull Home. We had our Family Reunion there and it was Perfect. Clean , comfortable , and a great dock for parking the boats and all our water activities. “We got married in Gatlinburg, but didn’t want to stay in the busyness of Gatlinburg. This location was perfect. The decor was perfect. It was immaculate and made our wedding getaway perfect!”

“We came to town for a baseball tournament out of Dandridge. We were less than 30 minutes from the ball field making it super nice. Our family enjoyed the pool most days before and after our long, hot games! We were able to squeeze in Splash Country one day which was a reasonable commute”

“Stayed here for my daughters graduation from The University of Tennessee. Go VOLS :) I wish we had more time as the location is prefect. Easy to get to campus and Knoxville. The location is peaceful and very relaxing. The "tiny" house was perfect. Will definitely book again upon returning to Knoxville. ”
