I have decided to leave for any trip a hour early and find something I haven't seen in-between. This time it was the dam. I got there about 15 minutes before sunset. Colorized it some, but still like it. I ended up talking to a lady for 30 minutes about the area. Seems I'v been missing out on a lot around here, especially if you like waterfalls. I have decided to leave for any trip a hour early and find something I haven't seen in-between. This time it was the dam. I got there about 15 minutes before sunset. Colorized it some, but still like it. I ended up talking to a lady for 30 minutes about the area. Seems I'v been missing out on a lot around here, especially if you like waterfalls. I did tell the staff, but it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. The milk in the kitchen was expired. I let somebody know, he did end up changing it. Twice there was nobody at the front desk. I waited for quite some time and still nobody showed up. I think they are sorely understaffed at that the best western. I only found one ice maker on the first floor and there was an open pipe behind it so it stunk like sewage. Also we had a room facing the highway and it was so loud at night and I slept with ear plugs in and I could still hear the highway. The price was right though.
