“This hotel staff took care of us when we arrived extremely late at night after crawling 30 miles through the middle of nowhere in our broken rental car. They gave us oatmeal because we hadn’t eaten dinner and the next day they gave us an extremely late checkout while we waited for a tow truck and our third rental car. It turned a nightmare trip into an easier time for my family, and I will always appreciate that. The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast options were great, the coffee options……

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“The room was clean the water park was great! The location was awesome. I have 2 baby that wanted ice cream and we got back to late so they were upset. We ask the manager if any ice cream places were open in the area, this manager open the ice cream store so they could get some ice cream. He was all about making sure they have a good experience. He is want more places need. I did not get him name but i hope he sees this. We will be staying again. Love it!”
