"Room was spotless, high quality appliances. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the driver who takes you to and from the slopes. Only thing I would change is having a jacuzzi as the outdoor pool isn’t very warm. Other than that amazing. "

"Man skal først gøre sig en ting helt klart ved dette hotel: Det ligger FOR ENDEN af en vej, der fører op i den sydlige del af alperne. Så man skal køre ned af bjerget i ca. 20-30 minutter for at komme til første by med indkøbsmuligheder, ligesom der omkring hotellet er to restauranter og meget lidt internet. "I’ve stayed here twice and not disappointed! It is exceptional in every way, particularly the staff.. friendly efficient and welcoming despite being such a large property! Great shuttle service and the spa is extraordinary! Breakfast is busy but so well organised and staffed! Coffee made fresh constantly and delivered to your table. Everyone is smiling when greeting you and eager to help. A special mention to the ever present and friendly Guiseppe at the front door! What a welcome every day ! "

Pros: - Ski-in, ski-out - Great, friendly staff Cons: - Old, run-down hotel - Poor quality food in the restaurant - Flies in the bedroom - Bedsheet and towels are low quality linen cloth - Had no hot water for showers through-out stay - Cleaners came into room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on door - No kettle, iron or safe - Lift was often broken"
