“My stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bed was dirty, which is completely unacceptable. The customer service made things even worse — the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and I felt very poorly treated throughout my stay. To top it off, the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever experienced, very low quality and not worth it at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. ”
