4 bedroom semi detached traditional villa located close to Prestwick beach and opposite Prestwick St Ninians golf club  
  
Recently introduced to the rental market is this immaculate 4 bedroom villa in Prestwick. This luxury property is right on the doorstep of many top quality restaurants and bars and you will find the beach, train station and Prestwick Airport close by.  
  
For the golf enthusiast you have came to the right place, local courses Royal Troon, Darley and Fullarton and all nearby via short car journey.  
  
The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen which is open plan onto a large dining area seating 8 people. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with patio doors onto the enclosed rear garden, comfortable lounge area with smart TV and log burner, utility room, downstairs shower room and front facing king size bedroom completes the ground floor accommodation.   
On the first level you will find a large 4 piece family bathroom, the top level has a master superking bedroom, and a further 2 double bedrooms.  
  
The building benefits from driveway parking for 2 cars and one on street outside the property. No pets allowed.  
Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.   
  
Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this property, failure to comply will lead to a fine. Please be mindful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum in the garden area, please close the rear door to the garden at 11pm.  
  
 Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
