We had booked superior room for our stay, we arrived around 6pm, the room was clean & tidy however there was an overwhelming stench of sewage in the room & the room was boiling hot, we tried to use the air conditioning but that appeared to be broke & the mini bar/fridge inside the wardrobe was warm, as were the drinks, this was also not working. We didn’t have robes/slippers in the room as advertised either. There were no tea/coffee facilities, however not sure this is a thing in Romania. For a 4 star hotel the service & the maintenance of the room was poor. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness, spotless. Staff were pretty miserable & didn’t seem attentive to sort the issues out. Wouldn’t stay here again if we were to return. The area seemed pretty run down & there were no shops nearby to get snacks or drinks.

An absolutely fantastic place to stay in Bucharest. Very nice part of town, across the street from a fantastic restaurant and a wonderful, very large park on a lake. Easy walking to many dining, shopping and experience options. My room was absolutely fabulous, four stars plus for sure. Most of all, the service was excellent. Ask and you shall receive!
