“Maintenance was poor. Both our sinks were clogged with rusty gunk. Arm chairs and some towels were worn through. Carpets dirty in the corners. I felt too uncomfortable to lie down & exercise. The only staff member on-site felt he didn’t have authority to move us to a new room-even with clogged sinks. It took several hours to get offsite managers permission. Bed were good. “The "hot tub" in the king suite is just a jet bath, and it is awkwardly next to the bed, and not in its own room with ventilation, leaving the room uncomfortably humid. My room was never cleaned during my stay, and the soap in the shower was empty. Breakfast was sub-par, and the food inside the heating elements were cold.
