“The hotel is gorgeous directly on the beach and with a gorgeous pool overlooking the beach Short walk from the hotel Breakfast was delicious and well done The staff is poorly trained and the concierge was unorganized Did not make a reservation after he told us it was confirmed He also never returned our message regarding other reservations The front desk was a small table and not a good res presentation of this lovely property They were only open 7 weeks so I do hope they can better train……

“Friendly staff, very clean room and bathroom, to a point with the scent of those big name hotel chains. Very convenient, covered all the basic needs. However for those who prefer something more quaint, perhaps take a look at Saint Anne or Auberge Des Glycines.”

“L’hôtel Les Roches présentent absolument tous les atouts pour un séjour inoubliables. Il bénéficie d’un emplacement exceptionnel avec vue sur mer et accès à une plage à 2 minutes à pied qui est probablement l’une des plus belles plages du Lavandou. Le personnel et le niveau d’attention du service est absolument excellent et fait une grande différence avec d’autres établissements de la même gamme ds la région. Attentif, souriant, réactif - en bref ce que l’on attend d’un 5 étoiles. Autre point……

“Once upon a time, this must have been a wonderful hotel, but it is no longer close to a five-star standard. The rating must have been granted long ago and clearly has not been reassessed recently. There is an overriding sense that the property is cutting every corner to manage costs, and it is evident that their focus is on the restaurant and local clientele rather than their overnight guests. While the bed and linens were excellent, the room itself was in dire need of renovation. The layout……

Le confort de la chambre est très bien, belle salle d’eau, lit très confortable. Un très bon pdj avec d’excellentes confitures et yaourts maison. C’est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons au printemps. Un grand bravo à Noémie.”

“Eines der wenigen Hotels welches wir schon seit 10 Jahren regelmäßig besuchen. Über die Jahre hat es sich immer mehr verschönert. Regelmäßig wird saniert und der Service ausgebaut. Top. Mittlerweile ist es nun ein 4 Sterne Hotel was es sich wirklich verdient hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne hier hin und fühlen uns immer wohl auch der Garten und das Haus sind absolut sehenswert.”
