Pullen Park Tours

My family and I stayed at your hotel last night during a weekend trip to Raleigh. Initially, we were very pleased with our experience. The lobby was nice, the front desk staff who assisted us with check-in was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, our experience took a very unpleasant turn around midnight. The guests in the room next to ours, Room 412, were playing loud music, laughing, and making extremely disruptive noises throughout the night. While we understand that occasional noise can happen in hotels, this was far beyond anything we have experienced during our travels. The guests were engaging in sexual activity so loudly that we could hear everything, including the woman screaming, even with their television playing loudly in the background. This continued until approximately 4:00 a.m. We were traveling with our young children, who were sleeping in our room, and our son was unfortunately exposed to these disturbing noises. Our family was unable to get a proper night's sleep, which significantly affected our stay. What made the situation even more disappointing was the response I received when I spoke with the front desk staff this morning. The staff member did not seem particularly concerned about what had happened. I was also surprised that no one appeared to have addressed the situation during the night.
