“This is the worst experience we have had anywhere at any hotel in Peru in 25 years of extensive traveling. Stay away from it. Go across the street to the GHL or Casa Andina where the staff are polite and helpful.”
“The hotel is right next to Puno mercado. The building isn’t new, but it was warm at night and the water in the shower was hot (no shampoo provided). We enjoyed breakfast and the staff is very caring and easy to communicate. After all, its a budget hotel, and for the money - a great value.”
