La hora del check in , las persona de enfrente de la entrada principal donde dejan pasar los vehículos donde piden ID a los taxis , busses etc en abril 29 , 7:00pm olvide su nombre una señorita que estaba ubicada ahí no me dejó pasar y el uber me tuvo que dejar ahí en la entrada que disque ella llamó al hotel y la reservación no estaba en el sistema y yo tenía el miedo por lo que había pasado con la mujer que desapareció en riu y Murio no me sentí seguro yo con mis maletas y ella con una actitud no agradable , entonces para que está el lobby le pregunté y ella me dijo que disque para el huéspedes y yo en ese momento ya era huéspedes le enseñé la confirmación del hotel y nada PÉSIMO ATENCIÓN A LA HORA DE LA LLEGADA , cuando ya pude entrar los caballeros muy atentos y profesionales pero ella me dejó mucho que pensar en el hotel

The resort was beautiful and spacious. The grounds were equally lovely. The junior suite with connecting rooms were extremely spacious and the fridge was stocked with drinks and liquor. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and kept a clean room. The food was great and the servers were very attentive. The beach was the absolute highlight of my vacation at Bávaro Punta Cana!!

Cannot go wrong with resort, the resort is beautiful it is well maintained gorgeous ocean/beach view. Unfortunately the food was bad, we usually try to eat at each restaurant for dinner to try try them all, but ended up skipping two of the restaurants and decided to just eat at the buffet, in this case buffet food was way better then at the restaurants. I would recommend this resort as long as food is not a deal breaker.

Our experience at this resort was mixed. Sadly, most of the staff was disappointing and often appeared unmotivated. Basic resort amenities such as toothpaste and toothbrushes were not provided; instead, we were told to purchase them from the gift shop, which was frustrating. The food options were also disappointing. The meals were very repetitive with limited variety from day to day. In addition, the plates at the buffet were almost always dirty and did not appear properly cleaned. I also became ill with food poisoning, which I strongly suspect came from the vegetarian burger at the American Country restaurant. One of the resort’s highlights is the wide variety of pools available. Many pools in different locations. The children’s pools were amazing, featuring slides and various water sprinklers. Adults could enjoy pools with swim up bars and music, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. A wide variety of entertainment and activities for children, and the water park was a great addition. The resort grounds were extremely clean. Staff frequently wiped down common areas and consistently provided fresh, clean towels at the pool. The resort offers plenty of beach chairs, and the ocean view is truly incredible. However, umbrellas should be provided and there was very little nighttime entertainment for adults. One standout experience was with Carlos (Carlito) at the front desk. He was excellent, accommodating & made the process easy at check out.

This property is fairly new and the room options are amazing. We chose a two-bedroom connecting room option room. They call this a one bedroom mm. One for my husband and I with the King and our girls had two separate queen size beds, also giving us two bathrooms for a family of five. My girls love that our rooms ended in six and seven. If you know, you know. I loved how welcoming and engaging all the staff was. The only drawback are the many people on the beach trying to sell you trinkets, excursions, etc. Plan to barter and bring cash if you want to buy souvenirs from them which are usually comparable to what was offered the store for the hotel. But in keeping with today's ways they also took venmo, PayPal, etc Don't get me wrong. I took advantage of some of these moments, especially photos with the monkeys. I personally love that. The food options were good Especially enjoyed the different restaurants in the evening Mexican & the steakhouse no reservations so getting there early to put your party's name in is key. The staff also encouraged involvement in games like soccer or volleyball. Dancing, lessons, etc. You could either choose to be involved or just chillax by the pool or ocean. My favorite thing was that they offered a room with three women and three men showers. on our last day we were able to enjoy the beach all day and then shower and get ready for our night flight home.

CLEAN ROOM= Zero star.. I stayed there in the Elite Swimup Room Packaged 5 days.Room cleaned once on day 4 after I mentioned it to Elite staff. I had to go to the towel carts in hallway and help myself to toilet paper, towels and zero face clothes. Food=3 star..wasn't what I expected, Elite restaurant has the best steak and dinner. Swim up bar and drinks in Elite Lounge 5 star.Drinks were anzing and Staff=5 star.. Overall its relaxing and night life at Party Riu was awsome.

We stayed in the friends and family room. It was perfect and roomy for our family of 5. The beach was beautiful! Plenty of chairs. There were a variety of pools depending on what vibe you were looking for. We liked the swim up bar in the back by the friends and family rooms—a little more laid back than the main swim up bar pool which was a party zone for the younger crowd when we went. The RIU parties were fun to check out! Our 18 year old loved the RIU parties and discotheque. We loved the food court lunch spot by the beach—lots of options and great set up. The buffet was very good, lots of variety. If you want to do the theme restaurants, you have to be down in line by 530/545 (they open at 6) otherwise you won’t be able to eat until 830-930 pm—learned that the hard way and chose buffet those nights. The steakhouse was good. Staff were friendly. The resort grounds were well kept and beautiful. The waterpark area was nice for something to do but nothing amazing. We loved our vacation at RIU Palace Bavaro and would come back again!

I Liked Everything. Property was huge, and very clean. Food was fantastic, and the best part was the blue Ocean together with a close walking distance to food court which had the most delicious bites that made the experience the best one so far. All Staff were good at their job, but the ones that will always be remembered for me and my family for their hard work, being super professional, kind and respectfull were Carlito and Margarita from Main Buffet. They always smiled, and treated us like we were their families. Our vacation was great in a very beatiful resort with a stunning beach and to put a cherry on a final touch was the great hospitality service from Carlito and Margarita. Me and my family are very thankful to them for making our stay with the kids a very delightful experience. Thank you again.
