“Mi experiencia no fue la mejor. El servicio al cliente dejó mucho que desear y la limpieza necesita mejorar. Uno de los mayores problemas fue que frente al hotel había una alcantarilla desbordada con un olor insoportable durante toda la estadía, algo que afecta muchísimo la experiencia. Además, no colocan agua de cortesía en la habitación, un detalle que hoy en día muchos hoteles ofrecen. También me sorprendió la política con las toallas: cobran $25 por cada una si se pierde, y lo peor es que……

“The bad: It is not worth the price, the place looks deteriorated, specially the paint and is not even a 10 year old Hotel, parking is not completed, there is no elevators in the parking. The good: The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. It is a place to stay the nigth if you have too, not for a vacation or Holiday.”

“I rent a room with 2 Queen bends and extra space for 3 persons and 1 child is clearly written in my reservation, At arrival they give us a room with 1 Queen bed where we can not stay. They want send us to another two hotels they own (transfer) but they were sold out. At the end the front desk person offer to us to stay in a room that have two full beds, When we walk in to the room the beds covers were not clean and stained with who knows what. Walls were also impregnated with apparently coffee……

“1 they don’t give you a tour so you won’t ever know where anything is. 2 I paid in full via expedia for a superior room weeks before my stay. i get there and they tried to put me and my teenager in a single full bed, i proved i booked the superior and then admitted they over booked and have none. there was ONE room that had two beds, zero wifi accessibility, no light but a nightlight and zero decor. I was on a long flight and drove from San Juan and sucked it up. I did not have enough time to……
