The Space:
The entire apartment is spread over three levels, featuring a private entrance, living space and balcony with BBQ on the top level, the master bedroom (with ensuite), a second bedroom, shared bathroom and laundry on the middle level, and a bedroom on the lower level (please see the floorplan for details).
Our double-glazed apartment boasts a well-equipped kitchen, and a dryer and front load washing for your convenience. Quality linen and towels are provided.
Entertainment is covered with the Bluetooth speaker system and 75-inch Smart TV, allowing access to Netflix/Neon/Prime Video etc. - just bring your account details. Sky TV with Sky Sports is also provided.
Each bedroom offers views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding landscape along with spacious wardrobes, blackout drapes and super king beds for your comfort. Please note the super king beds are convertible into two singles, so please inform us of your bed setup preference when booking; we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, though surcharges may apply. A travel cot and highchair are available for infants on request at no additional cost.
The rate includes the entire apartment, linen and unlimited wireless fibre internet. Enjoy complimentary tea and coffee, with a coffee machine, grinder, and beans provided from local coffee roaster Black Lab Coffee. EcoStore products, including hand wash, shower wash, dish-washing liquid, dish-washer powder and laundry powder, are at your disposal.
The complex's lakeside location provides access to Frankton Track which offers a flat walk into Queenstown's CBD - perfect if you prefer not to make the 3.3km drive - and an approx. 2 km walk to the Queenstown Marina.
Guest Access:
Access the apartment through your own private entrance. Closer to your arrival in Queenstown, you'll receive detailed access instructions, including the code for the front door, allowing you to enter at your convenience upon arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Located just across the road from the apartment is the Sherwood Queenstown, which has a restaurant (offering locally grown and sourced food) and a pleasant outside bar. At the bottom of the complex there is direct access to the Frankton Track, which provides a flat walk into Queenstown CBD (approx. 3.3km away) and to the Queenstown Marina (approx. 2 km away). In the marina area you will find the Boatshed Café, Altitude Brewing, Wet Jacket Wines and Fino Wine Bar. There is also paid parking available at the marina.
Getting Around:
Uber is available in Queenstown. Queenstown also offers a reliable bus service for your convenience. To enjoy discounted bus fares, be sure to obtain a Bee Card. You can purchase a Bee Card onboard buses or at the Queenstown i-Site Visitor Information Centre located at 22 Shotover St.

A few things to know before you book:
- Do review the cancellation policy, and we recommend travel insurance to cover any cancellation costs.
- The apartment sits on a hillside and spans three levels with internal stairs — worth noting if anyone in your group has mobility needs or is travelling with a baby.
- The garage is locked off, but there's marked parking in front of it and at the top by the front door.
- Check-outs on Christmas Day aren't available.
- We're unable to accept bookings where all guests are under 21.
- The apartment is smoke-free and pet-free.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours — for a livelier night, Queenstown's CBD has excellent bars and restaurants.
- We look after the place carefully and ask that you treat it as your own. Let us know of any breakages or maintenance issues and we'll sort them promptly.
