"I booked for 2x rooms.. Prior to this booking the hotel management knew that their elevator is unserviceable.After i booked they send me an email welcome for staying in their hotel.My concern is they should inform us that their elevator is not working so we can have the options to cancel our bookings. And look for other hotel.It is a nightmare to go up and down to 5th floor when ever you need to do something while we stayed in your hotel.I witnessed old people struggle to used your stair going to their respective rooms.This is a big NO again for this hotel.Management concern about their profit not the welfare of its customer.. Sorry is not enough..to stay on this hotel again. Salamat. Thank"
