The food and the staff are also very comfortably welcoming.
If you live nature this is the spot for you!
However, I went for my cousins wedding and I booked THE PRESIDENTIAL room since most of the brides family was going to be coming into my room for hair and makeup. We needed the extra room. On the contrary I got a junior suite. My suite number was 218, which was way small than what I asked AND PAID FOR. My room only had 1 bathroom instead of the 2……

We had to repeatedly ask for pillows, and it took five days to receive a working safe. “Close to historic center. Nice small apartment with kitchen. If you're not used to Cuenca, be prepared for cold nights and no hotel has heaters. Unfortunately there was a couple of smoke detectors that kept beeping all night throughout the hotel. They do offer an included friendly breakfast at a nearby hotel restaurant. ”
