Friendly staff

Everything perfect except there was not enough hot water in the shower and the furniture in the room was very uncomfortable to sit on. The area was safe and staff was helpful. Would stay there again.

Charming!

The hotel was very charming and the staff was incredible! The room was comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit small. The shower had plenty of hot water and that was a plus. The breakfast was good and the salad I had for dinner was great!

Good location, staff very friendly. Rooms are Ok and clean. Has free parking and free wifi. BUT, the breakfast is si poor that is better to go outside. If the manager improves breakfast -that is included in your rate- we could recommend this hotel. Regards Luis ramirez

Great staff, clean rooms, lovely breakfast buffet

We stayed at the hotel November 22 to November 30 2017. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was great. I liked the cozy sitting areas that were on each floor so when I was up earlier than my spouse, I was able to have a quiet sitting area with a lovely view. We would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel in Cuenca, Ecuador

Kuna hotel is located in a safe area, closed to Cuenca airport and bus station; the room is clean and in good condition, the staff is helpful, and breakfast is very good. I highly recommend this hotel ro anyone who wants a great vacation in Ecuador.

Excelente servicio y desayuno

Todo estuvo muy bien, excepto que tuvimos un inconveniente la primera noche. Por motivos personales nos fue imposible asistir la primera noche, pero fuimos al siguiente día, debido a que eran las fiestas de Cuenca casi nos dejan sin habitaciones, pero gracias a la atención de la recepcionista no recuerdo su nombre nos pudo ayudar con las habitaciones, al llegar al hotel todo estuvo perfecto, el check in rápido pero mi habitación y la de mis suegros no eran las que yo había reservado, pero la tercera habitación que reservé fue una triple pero la señorita de recepción nos solucionó el problema ya que la habían cedido a otra persona y nos otorgó una suite con una cama adicional. La verdad que nosotros y mi suegro pasamos una noche difícil ya que las camas eran muy pequeñas, pero lo solucionaron al siguiente día ya que desocuparon las demás habitaciones y nos dieron unas lindas habitaciones. El desayuno fue muy bueno y la atención por parte del personal fue excelente, excepto por una señorita que fue la que me atendió por teléfono y la noté molesta por el inconveniente que tuvimos al no poder ir el primer día de la reservación, por lo demás todo muy bien, nos llamó la atención que todo el personal era femenino.
