The house is located just 200 m from the sea and the beach promenade, which leads to the old town of Rab town. In the surrounding area, there are bakeries, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. All apartments have air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi. The spacious outdoor area includes an idyllic garden with a pavilion and bar, where chilled drinks and coffee are served. Additionally, there are sun loungers, lounge furniture, a communal barbecue and a large free car park directly at the house. Pets are welcome. The holiday apartments offer comfortable facilities with a kitchen, dining area, living room, bedrooms with double beds and bathroom. Each apartment has a private terrace with garden view, parasol and lounge furniture. The location is suitable for beach holidays, family holidays, relaxation, romance, or active holidays. Leisure activities include water sports, boat trips, diving, snorkelling, parasailing, beach volleyball, cycling, kayaking, fishing, and cultural excursions. Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet access and tourist tax.
