"Took my three children there ages 8-14 and we loved it! Spacious, great facilities for the kids and across the road from the beach.
Would definitely stay here again "
"Staff were so helpful, food choice was great, with everything from fresh fruit, seafood, choice of meats, & pizza, all at reasonable prices. Best of all was the open dining area with views out to sea where we saw whales nearly every day. Highly recommended "
"I wanted to share about my recent stay at Kia Orana Villas. The experience was exceptional, all thanks to Sane Cowan, the Manager. Sane was incredibly professional, accommodating, and always available 24/7 to assist with any requests or questions.
For anyone planning a holiday in Rarotonga, I highly recommend Kia Orana Villas. The location is very convenient, being close to town. The villas are well-equipped with everything you might need, including cooking facilities, a BBQ, and a washer/dryer. This not only ensures a comfortable stay but also helps manage expenses during your trip.
A big thank you to Sane and the team for making my stay so enjoyable.
Meitaki Maata!"
"As soon as we arrived at Club Raro, the staff were all very friendly and approachable. Technically, we were not supposed to be able to book into our room until 2 pm, but seeing as we arrived on the early morning flight and got to Club Raro at about 8.30-9.00 am, we were given a voucher enabling us to have some breakfast and allowed to relax in the resort while waiting for our room to be ready. After a short wait, relaxing in the reception area, we were taken to our beachfront room. Our room, which looked directly out onto the ocean, was clean and fresh. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had all the amenities that you would expect - air con, small fridge, kettle, coffee/tea, etc. The only thing we found was that the room could become a little stale-smelling when locked up for any length of time due to no ventilation in the bathroom. Meals from the restaurant were all delicious, with a great variety of choices. And with breakfast being available until 11 am each day made for a leisurely morning if we wanted to lie in bed a bit longer. The cocktail menu was extensive as well as delicious. We hired a car, picking it up from the airport after we landed, but there is a Polynesian Car Hire desk at the club, and we would highly recommend getting a car or scooter to get around. There is a free shuttle bus between Club Raro and sister resort The Edgewater. We would definitely recommend Club Raro Resort for those looking for an adults-only getaway. "
"The beds were firm and super comfy for my husband and me. There is even a bookshelf in the reception, which was perfect for a 'swap a book'. Would stay again. I found it was not overcrowded. The continental breakfast was perfect for the warmer weather. :) thanks for our amazing stay!!"
"Great property in a very good location. Extremely well appointed, with all you would need. Villas 21 & 22 fab for more privacy. Use of washing machines for free is a fabulous touch. Local paper delivery every morning also a nice touch. Night market right next door, very good food and little grocery store next to that very handy. "
"Very spacious and well appointed villa with master bedroom upstairs and the other two at ground level. Appreciated the complimentary shuttle to and from sister property Pacific Hotel Resort that we used in some capacity every day.
Lovely staff at both locations, too numerous to mention. "
