The air conditioner worked and there was hot water. Other than that it was probably the worst maintained hotel I have stayed in. For example, the two office type chairs made with artificial leather upholstery had about 1/4 of the leather like finish peeled off showing the fabric backing. Fridge/Freezer had not been defrosted in years, about 3" thick Ice had built up around freezer leaving a usable space about 1 inch tall and 4 inches wide. Room smelled. Poll lamp was broken and leaned at about a 15 degree angle. Alarm clock was broken (no display). I had not stayed at one of the Choice brand hotels for a long time. I am surprised their standards have dropped so low.
