Check in was fast. Room was on the 4th floor. The room was very clean. I was able to walk barefoot on the carpet knowing my feet wouldn't get dirty. Staff was kind and helpful. They provided pool towels when asked. The gym is a bit small but it was available 24 hours. Breakfast was good. The hallways were gross and you could see dirt and dust buildup all along the edge of the carpets, everywhere. Our room had a giant tear in the carpet, in the center of the room, that looked like it had been fraying for months. Containers had torn off the wall and you could see where lots of patching was needed. Staff was extremely friendly — when you could find them. Breakfast was a bust too — we went at 8, thinking that was still early, but half the items were gone and were never refilled for the entire hour we were there.
