"The room was comfortable and the grounds were very pleasant. The walls are thin so we could hear a lot of noise from the children in the next room one night. We had an enjoyable meal on New Year's Eve but we were not told until the day that everything would be closed (apart from breakfast) on New years day! We had the most heavenly massage, really recommended. We loved the animals and the 'farm to fork' ethos and local produce. "

"Worst management for the hotel . My brother lost his wallet and I was trying to help him out to get a hotel room , until we can figure out how to get him home . Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! Us her in US we never do something like that .. even though I called the hotel directly and explained the problem with them and they still refused. "

"The hotel was clean and spacious. Staff are very helpful. There was cold drinking water machine for guests to fill up your own bottke and bring away with you. My room was big, bright, clean and comfortable. Everything is working well in the room and we had great sleep. Not too far from city centre but very easy to access with public transportation. There are many good restaurants in the area, real excellent food, not a tourist trap like city centre. Fantastic stay!"

Les installations sont un peu vieillottes et auraient besoin d'être rafraîchies. Le déjeuner n'a rien d'exceptionnel. Il est très ordinaire et manque de fruits et de pain frais du jour. Le point positif, c'est que l'endroit est tout près de la station de tramway, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements en ville."

"Good overall, we stayed in a room with 3 kids , there was bunk bed, 2 singles and a king size bed on 6 tu floor , view was great and there was a roof top bar and pool Not too far from central, trams were running next to the hotel . There were many shops on walking distance and on street parking was available."

"The hotel is in a good location; however, the room condition and bathroom were only average and did not meet expectations. During my stay, the TV stand fell and injured my leg. Although I reported the incident, it was not replaced, and no compensation or apology was offered. Additionally, there was no digital entertainment available in the room during our stay, which was disappointing, especially for the children. The room was advertised as family-friendly, but in reality, it lacked the facilities and comfort expected for a family stay. Considering the price paid, the overall value was poor. While the location is a positive aspect, the room quality, maintenance issues, lack of entertainment, and poor customer service made this a very disappointing experience overall."
