"We returned to The Evergreen after having a very pleasant stay four nights prior. During our prior stay we got into the hot tub which was tepid at best. They looked into it and apparently the breaker on the heater tripped so they reset it and it slowly began to warm (huge tub, takes hours of which we didn't have). On our return we experienced the same. Makes you wonder if maybe they need a new heater? Given that it was 90 outside, no big deal but if I was here during the winter it'd be another story as the tub is very large and takes hours to heat. "

"Cat Creek is heaven on earth! The cabin is charming and the views are breathtaking. A sunflower lined driveway leads to a private beach, just a quick walk to the water. The beach is gated and is quite possibly the best spot my family and I have ever enjoyed on the river. Also, since the beach is private and gated, being able to set up and leave your things is so convenient. The cabin is clean and well stocked. Margaret and her husband were excellent hosts, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and readily available to answer any questions we might have. In addition, the cabin is only 5 miles from Riggins, which was really nice because we needed to go into town for a few things towards the end of our stay. I honestly think this was probably one of the best trips my family and I have ever taken. We have kids ages 7 and 9 and it was such a great experience to take them to such an incredible place. There is a picnic bench on the wrap around porch overlooking the river where we had all our meals! Really, the views are spectacular. The beds were comfortable and the cabin is just so cozy! We really felt right at home. Highly recommend 10/10!! "

"Absolutely Perfect! Loved the trip, a week of relaxation and beautiful views. Loved the wildlife, and all amenities. If relaxation is what you are looking for, this is the Place! Everything is well-maintained and and taken care of. Kitchen was fully loaded with more than we thought we would have, made dinners easy without having to purchase any hardware to complete a meal. Relaxing in the hot tub was amazing after long days of playing. We will return to this amazing place again. My family and I can say this is an awesome getaway from Life, cant wait for another stay"

"Cute bungalows across the street from the lake and bike/walk to cute town (abt a mile). Easy check in, place was clean and updated. Only cons were no closet or hooks to hang anything. No nightstands so we used the 2 kitchen stools. It’s tight w 2 ppl but we made it work and enjoyed our stay. "
