The space

Theapartment is located on the first floor of a renovated building WITHOUT an elevator (stairs required to access it).



The layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave, and kitchen utensils), dining table, double sofa bed, TV, split-system air conditioning, and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, walk-in closet, TV, split-system air conditioning, and access to the balcony;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY I (accessible from the living room) with a washing machine;

- BALCONY II (accessible from the bedroom).



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, split-system air conditioning (in the living room and bedroom only), clothesline, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Neighborhood description

The apartment is located in Borgo San Giuliano, a neighborhood with a dense network of narrow streets lined with colorful houses no more than two stories high. It is bordered to the north by the Tiberius Bridge, Rimini’s Roman bridge, with 2,000 years of history. In the past, it was home to fishermen, coachmen, and prostitutes. Even today, you can retrace its history thanks to the itineraries marked by picturesque ceramic plaques on the houses of its former inhabitants. In Borgo San Giuliano, you’ll find everything you need during your stay: grocery stores (Conad, fruit and vegetable stands, dairy), cafes, bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, tobacco shops, bike repair shops, newsstands, and a pharmacy. And if you take the bus toward downtown, you’ll enter Rimini’s shopping district.

- From the Rimini train station, you can reach the apartment in just a 17-minute walk. Alternatively, you can take bus No. 4 and get off at the “6 P. Resistenza” stop, just a 6-minute walk from the property.



- From Bologna Marconi Airport, take the shuttle to Bologna Centrale Station, where you can catch a regional train to Rimini Station. From there, the apartment is just a 17-minute walk away. Alternatively, you can reach the apartment by taxi or car in 1 hour and 20 minutes (124 km).



- From Rimini Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 9 and getting off at the Giovanni XXIII stop, just a 14-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can reach the apartment by car or taxi in just 18 minutes (7.7 km).



- If you’re traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). The apartment has one uncovered parking space, which is NOT suitable for SUVs. To access it, you must pass through a gate. Alternatively, you can park for free on the streets adjacent to the property (NOT guaranteed).
