“The check in process was a challenge and I spend a significant amount of time just trying to check in and gain access to the property. The facility isn’t in the greatest condition either. The location is great, but that’s about it.”

“There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms.
We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund.”

“The entry way was not lit at night. The path going down was very hard for my sister who is in a cast, uneven and slippery. Couch was not comfortable. Couldn’t figure out how to lock the door. ”

“This was quite comfortable and spacious. It was a regular home away from home with separate living room, kitchen and bedrooms all of which were well furnished with comfortable furniture, unlike many places I’ve stayed where the furniture is clearly cheap or old.
The street was quiet and secluded, yet near enough to everything we wanted to see.
I would recommend and will seek to stay again in the future.”
