The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and the check-in and out process was very efficient. The gym and pool areas are very nice. The hotel is centrally located making it easy to walk to shopping and dining areas. It is also close to the trolley stop making accessing other areas of the city quite easy and at no cost. It is attached to the convention center making attending meetings and events easy and efficient.

Elegant and nice hotel with wide open areas, a fancy bar in the lobby and a cafeteria with a great menu. The room had all I need; the only downside was that I could clearly hear the television from the other room. They need to work on sound proofing.
