“This is absolutely the best place to stay for a wonderful time at Lake Gaston. It is not just the very cleanest and well maintained place, the decor is soooo nice and the view from the balconies is amazing. It is clear the owners take a lot of pride in this unit and they are easily contacted should you have any questions. For a family they have games downstairs, a beautiful sitting area and new grill outside, water amenitites. We have stayed 3 times and I am sure will be back again. We highly……

Good: owner rented for less than a week at a reasonable price / Lake view / dock / kayaks & canoe / relatively flat lot / plenty of parking / propane in bottle for grill. Bad: front porch handrails rotted and loose / mouse droppings on counter, in cabinets, and on top of two beds / not very clean inside / outside grill / side deck not usable (rotted and mildewed) / wood walkway to lake had screws sticking out (pointed end) / ladder on dock……

“The house was perfect for our family group. The huge kitchen table was amazing, we made good use of the grill, and the screened-in porch was a big hit with everyone. Loved the layout of the bedroom suites, made it easy to have privacy when you wanted it. Everything was clean, roomy, and comfortable!”

“Had an amazing stay at Marc’s lake house on Lake Gaston. The home is even more beautiful in person and was extremely clean. We loved the amount of linens that were provided (including beach towels) and how stocked the kitchen was. Anything you could think of, Marc has you covered! The outdoor spaces were our favorite parts as there was enough seating for all of our guests, plus there were so many things to keep us busy! We also loved the downstairs bar/hangout area that led right out to the hot……

“This is a great location. Wow, the view!!!! The size of the house was perfect. Even though the house was very clean it does need some TLC. Nails on the deck are sticking up. Do not go barefoot! I would rent this again, just keep up with the maintenance and it will be booked all the time. Dealing with the owner was very good and easy.”

“This waterfront home on Lake Gaston has plenty of room. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with good cookware, plates and utensils. The property is well-kept and the neighborhood is quiet. Bob, the property manager, is very responsive and we enjoyed working with him. There are a few minor places for improvement. It seemed like the home had been cleaned after the last stay but that may have been awhile before we checked in - there was a film of dust on many surfaces and small dead worms……
