“The Manson was a wonderful place to stay. I needed a Mother's Day getaway and this was the perfect home and location to have it at. The Manson was newly renovated, spacious, clean, and very accommodating. Having the private beach was a great treat. “This location was absolutely fine for the amount paid. It was clean and secure. Access was easy and owner communication was very quick! The space itself is a little sparse. It could definitely use some more furniture, especially seating. As for the location, I think the owners spell it out pretty clearly in their ad. This is not exactly an up and coming neighborhood but at no time did we ever feel unsafe. But, if you’re easily freaked out, maybe keep searching. It IS an easy drive to downtown……

Very pleased with the ease of access (street parking would've been difficult on one night of our stay, but since we were in a compact car, we were able to use the rear parking).
