“We stayed here for an event downtown. Check-in was very easy and the host communicated well. This house was in a good location for downtown events, about a mile. The house was extremely clean when we arrived, like spotless. Whoever is cleaning this place deserves 5 stars. The backyard was nice because we had dogs. Also it was great this property allowed 3 dogs as we always have difficulty traveling with 3 dogs. The main negative though was the smell in the house. Obviously this is a flip and it……

“The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, tools, etc. The only issue I had with our stay was an obvious pet odor.”

“The house was in a great location for what we were in town for and fit our needs. I haven't been to Raleigh in a while and it was interesting to see how it's been changing. We brought our dog with us and were grateful for the fenced in yard. We all had a wonderful stay. ”

“Instructions simple to follow, place is cute, well located close to many restaurants and things to do, and host communication is great. There was a couple of small things like the blind being broken in the kitchen, the bedroom tv being finicky, and a blanket that wasn’t washed (due to some things out of the control of the host). Overall, it’s a great place to stay and definitely recommend due to offered amenities and location.”

“The property was very cute and well-located in a super quiet, but convenient location, offering all the bare necessities for our stay. While the studio is great, I would recommend bringing your own pillows as the ones provided were quite flat. Also, be prepared to bring extra towels; the host only provided one per person for our four-day stay. Overall, a nice spot for an excellent price if you come prepared!”

“We traveled to Raleigh for my son's NCSU orientation. The communication with Midge the owner was easy and we were able to reach her both through the VRBO platform and via text. The neighborhood was cute - all the homes were similar in size and when we walked around the block in the evening several neighbors said hello and the one directly next door offered my dad a chair for sitting outside. The home had ample mugs & cups and the living room was spacious enough for four to sit comfortably. We……
