“Accurately listed. Nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard was absolutely beautiful to sit in and just listen to the birds. The hot tub was great. The sauna was a great addition as well-I didn’t use it, but several of my friends did. The kitchen was well stocked, having the washer and dryer was so convenient. Even with only having one bathroom, it wasn’t nearly as bad sharing with 6 people as we thought it might be. ”

“The facility is new, so it was very clean and quiet. The issue is that the water smells like sulfur and rotten eggs. I grew up on well water, so I'm not unfamiliar with it, but this is a whole new level of fart in a bottle. It's so bad that the entire building stinks, and it will hit you right in the face when you enter the building. “The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables.
