"The room is nice, the location is convenient. The checkin process is smooth. But a lot of noise from the street at night. It is almost impossible to sleep"
"The place is clean but a little small. There’s a kitchen but no dining set. It is very near the subway station. There are combis and supermarkets nearby. Shopping street is almost across the unit. It’s a bit pricey maybe because it was within the Golden week. "

"This is a great place for a budget stay! The standard bedroom felt a little tiny even as a solo traveler, so I would recommend going for the double if you are traveling as a duo or feel you need more space.
The Japanese breakfast is very much what it says on the card—if you're a foreigner and can't read hiragana/katakana, you might not recognize much beyond eggs/rice/pastries.
The front desk staff were very receptive and kind! All in all I very much enjoyed my stay, especially with Tojinmachi Station just outside the door. It made traveling around the city super easy."
"Check-in wasn't great - supposed to be a self-check-in via tablet, but there was an error code we couldn't get past. We couldn't call for help due to our international phones. After about 30 minutes we finally got help via email and were able to get into our room.
The room itself was okay, although some damaged items were present and it wasn't particularly clean. No cutlery/silverware at all, not even chopsticks. Just a single butter knife.
Lots of clean bedding provided though, and it was more spacious than expected."
