“Very bright and a welcoming look when you come in. Beautiful view of the forest and if the sea. The desk staff Antonio and others very pleasant and willing to help..management seems does not listen to them..we did not like our room, it took 3 days before management listened and changed us. The kitchen/meals leave a lot to be desired.
