An elegant and finely renovated penthouse with all comforts!! Located in the heart of the Prati district, this property is a small jewel located on the 6th floor... a cascade of light that highlights the colorful but refined details with which the house is enriched and cared for down to the smallest detail. 2 steps from metro A and convenient for reaching the most visited sites in a few minutes on foot. St. Peter's, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo etc. APARTMENT RULES: \- ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22 to 00:30 of €50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceed to cancell the reservation \- The tourist tax (€6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival. \- For bookings longer than a week, a weekly cleaning of €50 is required in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment. \- travel cot is available upon request IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in you must include a photo of your identity card or passport. Aug 9, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Ricardo stayed in touch throughout the day. He provided contracts in English for signature. We were relieved to arrive at this location at 8 pm from an afternoon in Pisa. The property is a few blocks from shopping and the Vatican Museum. There’s a grocery store close by so we were able to stock the kitchen easily. Restaurants were easily accessible. We enjoyed the size and scale of the apartment.
