Clean small room however it’s just a room. No services at all so if all you want is an inexpensive room this is fine. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Spanish Steps so it’s not too far from sight seeing and shopping. Our AC was a little noisy so that was annoying but otherwise it fit our needs. Don’t count on having breakfast there. It’s basically just coffee and a few rolls. The main issue: the room was advertised as having AC, but the little AC unit was really struggling, and couldn't keep up with the Rome summer heat. The staff checked the unit for us and assured us it was operating at max capacity, and explained that there was nothing else they could do. (From their point of view, the unit wasn't malfunctioning.) It was \~95-100 degrees outside and probably \~85 degrees in our room for the duration of our stay. It was horribly uncomfortable and hard to sleep; if we were staying longer than two nights, we would have switched hotels.
