### Guest Art (el arte de la hospitalidad)

Nuestro apartamento es grande y está finamente terminado con atención y cuidado en cada detalle. Está equipado con 3 cómodas habitaciones dobles y 3 baños privados y puede alojar hasta 9 personas con comodidad.  
La posición es muy central, cerca de los muros del Vaticano y de los Museos Vaticanos; A 100 metros de la Piazza del Risorgimento y a 8 minutos de San Pietro.  
Perfectamente conectado con el metro "línea A" (parada Ottaviano) y con la estación de tranvía y autobús (Piazza Risorgimento).  
Lugar de reunión e intercambio de ideas, el apartamento está equipado con todas las comodidades y es adecuado para huéspedes dinámicos que aman el cine, el arte, la cultura y, por supuesto, el placer de la hospitalidad.  
La obsesión por la limpieza, el orden, las comodidades y los detalles hacen del apartamento un punto fuerte y confieren un valor agregado a la sala de estar.  
Cada habitación tiene una cama doble, pero algunas pueden acomodar aún más huéspedes cómodamente con la adición de camas individuales.  
Dos habitaciones incluyen un rincón para sentarse con una pequeña mesa y asientos.  
Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con aire acondicionado, servicio de internet wi-fi (en fibra) y televisión inteligente de 42 "y televisión de pago (incluida).  
Cada baño incluye set de champú, baño de espuma, gorro de ducha y secador de pelo.  
Los huéspedes tendrán acceso a todas las partes permitidas del apartamento y, en particular, al área común de la cocina, donde pueden probar diversas mezclas de espresso, té, infusiones y / o tomar un aperitivo con deliciosos manjares.  
La cocina está equipada con todo tipo de utensilios y permite a los huéspedes cocinar y comer de forma independiente o, previa solicitud, con un chef en casa.

La tasa turística para el municipio de Roma es lamentablemente obligatoria.  
El distrito de Prati / San Pietro / Ottaviano es uno de los más históricos de la ciudad y rico en cultura y arte, así como el hogar de la Ciudad del Vaticano.  
Lugar tranquilo pero "para no dormir", está lleno de monumentos históricos y actividades para todos los gustos: Museos Vaticanos (2 minutos), Capilla Sixtina (10 minutos), Piazza del Risorgimento, Basílica de San Pedro, Piazza del Popolo, Villa Ada, Villa Panfili y numerosas calles comerciales (como Via del Corso y Via Cola di Rienzo) y centros comerciales.  
El hermoso vecindario se completa con la presencia de numerosos cines, teatros, clubes de moda, pubs, restaurantes, tabernas, trattorias, muchos de los cuales tienen un acuerdo con nosotros.  
La casa se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie del metro "línea A" (parada de Ottaviano) y la estación de tranvía y autobús en Piazza Risorgimento.  
Conexiones directas con el Foro Italico y el Estadio Olímpico.  
Es posible estacionar el vehículo en uno de los garajes pagos cercanos o de forma gratuita en las franjas blancas debajo de la casa.

#### Quick stopover

The property was as described. Not that it would have mattered, but it would have been nice to know that the apartment was 6 flights up! We were there for a quick 20 hours in Rome before we caught our flight home, and the location was perfect for our group. We were grateful to be able to get the property for just one night, which seemed unusual when looking at the calendar. Thanks for being so accommodating!

#### A little short on basics

While this property was very clean and in a good location, it was a little lacking in some essentials. There were few places to sit. One or two chairs. No papaer products except toilet paper. No tissues or paper towels. There was no table to sit at with the family. We might as well have been in separate hotel rooms.

Emiliano was extremely accommodating. The apartment was Christine sleeping arrangements were perfect. It was located with a few minutes. Walk to the bed again tons of cafés and restaurants all around. Would absolutely book this again

#### Terrific Family Holiday Experience

This was a wonderful place to stay. It felt more like a Roman home experience than a holiday letting.The location suited us perfectly endless hospitality options, public transport and the proximity to walkable tourist routes. The apartment itself was maintained with everything we needed and more. The size of bedrooms along with ensuite options ensured ample privacy and respite for our family (or in a group situation). We enjoyed our stay. Very comfy bed and clean. Property manager is awesome to work with! The location though is so perfect !! Quick to vatican, Pantheon and so many restaurants. Would totally return.

#### Best apartment by Vatican Museums

We loved the property. Spacious rooms, clean, furnished with amenities. Location is excellent, very close to the Vatican museums and subway. Comfortable beds,three bathrooms. Landlord very kind and easy to reach. We'll go back there for sure!

#### Great location but issues with the final cost.

There are many good reasons that this location and this apartment are a great choice. You are minutes away from the Vatican and minutes from the subway, and Emiliano your contact at the unit is excellent. Emiliano will provide excellent information about the subway, tourist spots, and the neighborhood. He even did our washing since the washing machine was broken, My concern is how the owner Gabriele threw a 2000 Euro increase at us at the last minute. I was bringing my family to Rome for the Christmas holidays. We found this unit on VRBO and paid the full amount listed on April 13th. Once this was done, I purchased our seven round-trip flights from Chicago to Rome arriving on December 23rd. On June 24th, I received a message from Gabriele that he had to increase the price due to taxes. I contacted VRBO and they said I could cancel and get a full refund. When I checked on other units there was no availability since bookings had been completed. We were stuck---pay a substantial increase or lose the $11,000 on our nonrefundable airline tickets. What is interesting is that I went to VRBO today and put in the same dates for 12/23 2024 to 1/1/ 2025 and the price is lower than what we originally booked and paid for. Be very cautious in dealing with Gabriele. He is unethical and his greed forced us to pay a substantial surcharge. I wish I could post screenshots of his emails to see how he took advantage of me.

From the time we checked in we were treated like royalty. Emiliano greeted us and let us drop our bags off early. He then took out a map and explained where everything was in relation to the property. He suggested local places to have some food while we waited for check in. When we returned we found the apartment stocked with coffee teas and delectable snacks as well as a bowl of fresh fruit. He was available at any time and restocked the items we had used.(fresh towels). A true five star experience.

#### Fabulous host in a great location.

Need to start by emphasizing how awesome Emiliano was during the check-in and throughout the stay. He was by far the best host we’ve had with VRBO. Very gracious and provided great information on local places to eat, and navigation tips for Rome. The location is also excellent. Neighborhood quiet, yet still close to Vatican, and mass transit. This is a listing with a lot of personality. However, there were several issues that detracted from the stay. The washing machine was not working, the WiFi went out several times. Emiliano was able to re-set it the first time, but it was not functional on our last day. If I had looked closely at the photos, it should have been evident that there was not really a common seating area for evening conversation, etc that accommodated 6 adults, but we ended up hanging out in the room with the bunk beds. There is construction going on the external part of the building with scaffolding overlying some of the windows, but that was no big deal. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in an excellent location The restaurant downstairs was great, but the one on the corner not so much!

Our first visit to Italy from the U.S. I and I could not have been more pleased with the accommodations and location. Great comfortable 3 Bedroom 3 Bath apartment minutes from the Vatican and walking distance to so many great attractions. Public transportation minutes away as well. Make sure you visit Giovanni at the restaurant next to the entrance of the apartment. GREAT food and great people who appreciate and engage tourists in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

#### Short but amazing stay!

Our group of 8 had a short (2 nights) but fantastic stay at Gabriele's place following a cruise. We wish we could've stayed longer. Emiliano was amazing! He greeted us early so we could drop off our luggage before touring Rome and gave recommendations where to eat and what to see while there, and the best way to get around. The rooms were arranged to accommodate our group and the apartment had all the amenities and then some, including fabulous espresso! With it's location a super short walk to the Vatican entrance it was perfect. Thank you Gabriele and Emiliano! We'll be back!

This apartment is so well located. Our biggest problem was that we were in the middle of a heatwave and would have enjoyed Rome more if it wasn’t so brutally hot. We spent more time in the apartment than enjoying Rome. Because there was not a common area we spent our time in our bedrooms.Emiliano was a gracious host, answered our questions and gave us more ideas of places to see than any other host we have had.

We had a wonderful stay at Guest Art! We traveled to Rome with our adult/teen children and it was perfect. The rooms were spacious and super clean. My favorite thing about the apartment was opening the windows in the kitchen in the morning, drinking an espresso and listening to the birds in the courtyard. We were so grateful for the air conditioning because it was HOT! Gabrielle and Emiliano were easy to contact and super helpful with any questions we had.The metro was easy and close by. The restaurant at the entrance of the building, Prosciutteria Alcolica, was a great pitstop for a last minute Aperol, wine and snack plate. It was a great trip to Rome!

#### Perfect for a group of friends!

My husband and I spent 6 nights there with 4 of our friends. The apartment was very comfortable and the location was wonderful—a short walk to the Vatican, restaurants, shops, the metro, the river—everything you could want! We contacted Emiliano a few times with questions/concerns and he replied fairly quickly. We had one issue with the power going out, but were able to trip the breaker and get it right back. Also, it was extremely hot in Rome(mid to high 90s all week) and the air conditioning in the apartment worked very well! If/when we return to Rome in the future, we would definitely stay there again 😊
