The room was perfect, air conditioned, clean. The hotel gives us breakfast, they clean our room everyday. The staff was super nice, everything was in a walking distance, near to the Terminiti station, the colosseum, the main attractions were close we loved this hotel.

Great location, staff were helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Hotel shares 1 elevator with several other hotels, so there may be a line at arrival if you have several bags (unless you want to carry suitcases up 5 floors). Overall it was a very minor inconvenience though, and I would stay here again if in Rome.

The hotel is quite central of Rome to walk around for sight seeing the important landmarks of Rome. It's on the fifth floor of an urban downtown Rome building with an elevator that holds a limited number of people. The room is spacious for 4 people, but it feels like the rooms, bed and bedding could use more updates or be more comfortable, with pillows and blankets/comforters. Staff are very friendly. Considering the price, it's okay!

We would not stay at the Marcantonio again, rooms were extremely cramped, including the 30 x 30 shower stall that you can’t pick up the soap because it’s so cramped. The hotel occupies one floor of a building with four other hotels. The elevator lift can only fit one person with luggage at a time. The breakfast service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and courteous. Location is in walking distance to the popular attractions.

Hotel on 5th floor very close to Rome Termini station with a narrow elevator. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the AC working. It was quiet. The personnel were helpful with suggestions. The property location and cleanliness was great. However we had no hot water when we checked in late (and were not informed at check in). We had to ask if it would be fixed and were told no. They were nice about it, but it would have been better to have a heads up.

The only drawback to the hotel was that we were staying on the first floor and you needed to return the key to the fifth floor every time we left. The elevator is older and only allowed for one person. The staff was super friendly and we were able to check in early and relax for a little before our tour started.

I love this hotel with great location, easy to access transportation, Penty of shops and restaurants around, Hotel is well maintained and staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and air conditioning easy to use. A couple of slight concerns is that there is only one elevator room for two to get up the hotel at 5th floor. Secondly, there was a minor leak of water from the windows during the unusualy heavy rain storm on the October 7 night. Floor near the bathroom was a bit wet and causing slip hazard when going to the bath room at night when we didn't want to turn the light on.
