Very convenient location and pleasant place. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Only concern was our toilet, which wouldn't flush, however after advising the staff,they fixed it immediately. Otherwise clean and comfortable.

The hotel was basic but clean. Staff were all helpful and friendly Close to train station so very easy to locate coming from airport and also easy to get to the tourist areas We were there in April so the temperature was mild but not hot Fridge in room was useful when you are trying to budget and have food from supermarket

Good location from a travel point of view though be aware the streets near Rome Termini are not great after dark. We had a lovely balcony. Room did what we needed, very straight forward to check in and out. Good price for location

We stayed at this property 4 nights. 2 of those days we had no hot water for showering. Bed frame fabric was ripped and extra blanket had large stains on it. Location was good and the staff was all very polite and helpful.

It was a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurants around and also mini markets. The only thing that I would consider to change is the mattress are hard that’s all.

Staff were nice, and the location close to the train station is convenient. However, this is one of the more odd hotels I've stayed in. In the room you have no control of the A/C, the windows are made of wood and warped, so do not seal well and you can hear noises from the street below like they are in the room with you. The shower is small and the door folds inward as it closes, so it feels very cramped. The number of outlets are limited, and the furniture is limited to the bed(s), a small desk that is mostly occupied by a TV, and tiny bedside tables. The requirement to leave the room key with reception is odd, and it felt like someone unauthorized could get the key from reception without them confirming whether they should have access. If you're looking for a cheap option and can handle some rough edges, then this hotel is fine. However, if I were to travel to Rome again, I'd probably spend a little more for something a bit nicer.
