### Riad Riari

Once again, this rare, one-of-a-kind three-story villa looks like a combination of a Moroccan Riad and an old Spanish house, surrounded entirely by the nature of the Botanical Gardens and will not feel like you're in the center of the Eternal City. Built by architect Gepy Mariani, the house collects numerous pieces of art and history from long trips. Great art and entertainment characters have passed through here.  
  
The atmosphere is warm and quiet, the spacious living room in antique wooden parquet, the large kitchen and the outdoor spaces will be the favorite spaces during the stay. All spaces with air conditioning and heating. Each bedroom includes a personal bathroom and privacy from the other rooms. The high ceilings of the main room, the large windows of nature will make you rest in a unique way. The modern and spacious "Studio" room also for working on desks with a printer. There are also two smaller double bedrooms, one on the upper floor with a beautiful view of the bright terrace, and one on the ground floor with laundry space. Indoor private parking will also be available if requested in advance.  
  
Guests will have access to the entire Villa. If you are traveling by car, it will be possible to use our private parking by letting us know in advance to confirm availability.  
  
You can request cleaning during your stay. We have a transfer service to the airport or according to your needs.

#### great location close to the Trastevere neighborhood .

this is a wonderful large home with 2 nice open-air patios, a large living room and dining room and nice kitchen. the location is a short walk to the Vatican or the charming neighborhood of Trastevere. Suggestion to the owner the primary bedroom bed is a very dense and hard foam bed (think of sleeping on a carpeted floor) provide a pillow topper for those of us who like/need softer mattress.

#### Wonderful villa in the hearr of Rome

My family (7 people aged 16-68) stayed here on our first visit to Rome. The property was easy to access and the manager was always accessible. The check-in was quick, and they were flexible with our arrival time. There was plenty of space and bathrooms. The kitchen and courtyard had plenty of space for us. The location is excellent with easy access to the historic city center, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

#### Riad Riari is awesome for large family or groups!

This is a unique property with so much charm and character. Each room had separate bathrooms and the extra like pool table, outdoor rooftop dining and courtyard made our stay so comfortable. The location in Travestere was so cool and convenient to restaurants, clubs and short walk or car/taxi to all the Roman sites. Silvia was so helpful with setting up tours, van service and little conveniences. Strongly recommend Riad Riari

#### Hip Place in a Fantastic Location

The home is very cool - it has a lot of personality, is very functional, has all the appliances you could want, is a short walk to one of the hippest neighborhoods in Rome, is very quiet, and has private street parking on a dead-end street. Additionally, the host (property manager), Silvia was always responsive and helpful with all house or city questions we had. Definitely a 5-star experience and would stay again.
