Leuk en gezellig ....

Het was gezellig ,rustig en zit het mooie uit van buiten en binnen . Schoon en netjes . De personeel waren aardig en behulpzaam ,,. zeer professioneel en vriendelijk.

Très bel appartement, grand frigo-congélateur, spacieux, peu de vaisselle mais suffisante pour quelques jours, produit vaisselle + éponge fournis, draps, serviettes et savons. Parking gratuit fermé. Au bout de la rue, gare Pavona pour aller à Rome (non testé, nous avions une voiture). Pour se rendre à ce logement, nous avons eu un bouchon monstre (c'était un vendredi soir - mi-juillet 2016)c'est un gros problème dans le secteur, idem pour aller à la plage... Situé à 20 mn de la station de métro Anagnina où vous avez un parking (1.50 euro pour 12 heures)de là vous pouvez aller au centre de Rome en métro (1.50 euros le trajet) en 15-20 mn environ (très pratique et facile) Egalement situé à 20 km de la mer (plage Tor vaianica)

Splendido alloggio

Ogni anno si riconferma. È la quarta volta che soggiorno con la mia famiglia è tutto resta inappuntabile. Cortesia e disponibilità dei dipendenti unitamente a camere spaziose, pulite e luminose ne fanno un approdo sicuro e gradito. Ormai resta un punto fermo ogni volta decido di trascorrere un week-end al vicino Parco Zoomarine

Rom Urlaub

Diese Appartment war sauber,die Zimmer sind groß und haben auch genug Platz für mehre Leute. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer und oben im Wohnzimmer noch großes Schlafsofa. Küche, Bad und kleiner Essbereich sind vorhanden. Ebenfalls ist die Sicherheit sehr gut gemacht , überall mit einem Code. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Es gibt auch eine kleine Lobby mit einem Getränke-Snack Automat. 5 Minuten zur Bahnhaltestelle und von da aus kann man direkt nach Rom fahren , dies dauert auch nur 20-25 Minuten. Tickets kosten 2,10€. Sie müssen die Tickets bei den kleinen Läden an der Hauptstraße kaufen.

Staff very helpful

Staff were very helpful. However, the room was extremely cold and it seems not to have been heated since autumn last year. The weather was cold and damp and we did not get a proper temperature during the night, as the walls kept on being ice cold. The coach bed was not very comfortable. But there was a nice kitchen. During summer it would have been a much better experience.

ottimo mrapporto qualità prezzo per un week-end

3 soli elementi negativi: alloggio a pian terreno con poca privacy a causa delle finestre frontiste , ambienti piccolissimi, a parte il bagno, wii-fii limitato ad un solo collegamento. Tuttavia un microappartamento fornito veramente di tutto e perfettamente funzionante. Per un week-end è stato ok, per tempi più lunghi temo sarebbe soffocante, almeno la location piano terra.

Located in a quiet neighborhood and takes about 40 min to get to Rome Termini station. Room was clean and modern, and staffs are nice! All kitchen utensils and dishes were included, so that was a big plus.

Ottimo soggiorno sicuramente da consigliare ad amici. La pulizia delle camere è migliorabile ma nel complesso ottima qualità e prezzo, a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria . Nn perdetevi il giro dei castelli romani il cibo i luoghi e in particolare Ariccia con il suo borgo medievale e le mitiche fraschette.

Fedele alle aspettative.

Residence tranquillo in zona silenziosa. Il mio monolocale era piuttosto piccolo. Appena aperto il divano letto (inaspettatamente comodo), della stanza non rimane nulla oltre al bagno e all'angolo cottura-ingresso. Tutto apparentemente pulito e funzionale. A noi è servito solo a pernottare una sera. Purtroppo al sorgere del sole la luce dà fastidio perché le tende non sono molto oscuranti. Nel complesso buono.

Smart Home - big success with the kids!

We really enjoyed staying in the Smart Home and would definitely stay there again. The children loved it. It had everything you could need, including a private courtyard garden, and was exactly as the name suggests - Smart!

Meglio di come lo aspettavo

Di passaggio per un tour in macchina con tutta la famiglia. Ci siamo fermati per permettere una sosta ai piccoli. Hotel comodo per una visita ai castelli romani. Comodo accogliente e spazioso. Bene parcheggi privato. Lato negativo il materasso del divano letto, la Wi-Fi (non funzionava) e l'assenza di colazione. Comunque meglio di come me lo aspettavo. Ottimo il prezzo.

Das Hotel war sehr gut, sauber, Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer wird während des Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt.

L'assurance d'un bon séjour

Bien qu'à une vingtaine de kilomètres de Rome, hôtel facile à trouver et à proximité de la gare (30 minutes de train pour rejoindre Rome centre). Hôtel très agréable avec équipements neufs et personnel disponible et sympathique. Logement avec coin cuisine bien agencé, salle de bain spacieuse, climatisation et parking privé clos: tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
