Right off the Piazza del Popolo, which was close to shopping and reasonable walking distance to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps. We also walked to the Colosseum, but that was a bit longer. Vittoria, who handles check in was also so easy to work with. However, my overall experience was extremely disappointing. I wasn’t given the gate access code at check-in, and when I returned from dinner, I was completely locked out. No one answered my calls, and I was left alone late at night with no way to get in. It was my birthday, and what should have been a special evening turned into a very stressful and upsetting experience. I had to book another hotel at the last minute. I was later promised a compensation, but it never came.
