This charming holiday home in Rovinj, Istria, is located just about 100 metres from the sea and offers six comfortable apartments for 2 to 6 people. Each apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. From the furnished balcony or terrace, you can enjoy partial direct access to the garden.



The outdoor areas include courtyard and garden use, a sun terrace, garden terrace and a barbecue option. Pets are welcome.



The quiet location in a residential area offers at the same time short distances to the beach (approx. 100 m), restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre.
