"The bed and shower were amazing. Super quiet. Some items were dirty such as the remotes, hairdryer and tables but all else was great. Would stay here again. Parking was difficult and tight but Ly staff made it work. "

Beautiful staff, amazing rooms with comfy mattresses and wide bathrooms, great location to visit Upper Manhattan Museums like NY City Museum, El Barrio Museum, Metropolitan Museum, Hispanic Society and Met Cloisters; and Central Park Conservancy Gardens and the Harlem Meer. Everything at a walking distance from the hotel except The Hispanic Society and The Cloisters that you’ll have to take the 1 line from the corner of the hotel. It also offers a gym that operates from 5:30 to 10:30 pm. And you can leave your luggage before and after your check in and out. The area is never busy so you can take a yellow cab without the hassle of midtown. "

"The room was not as nice as I expected given the way the lobby and photos look online and the price of the rooms. The cleaning staff were the friendliest people on the staff, otherwise everyone was a little rude. Never felt like I had their full attention, the doormen opened the door for you only half the time (hands were full with a baby) and the rooftop staff were rude about us wanting to eat there with a baby. The AC in my room did not work, I called down to the front desk twice and each time someone was sent up quickly but unfortunately they did not spend the time to look into the issue and the AC was never fixed. "

"This is the cleanest hotel that I have been in staff make sure that they place is clean all day from 5am until when ever they leave is clean they are very well attempted to Customer. Guess they answer all concerns. I put this hotel due to a birthday party that’s coming up in May for my cousin. I highly recommend this anyone I come across as Family."
