There were plenty of food stores nearby and a lot of local shops on the roadside for food.I loved the openness of the living area. It had everything we needed for our stay on the island. "Second stay at Lagun Blou. It’s like a little oasis! The grounds are beautiful with peaceful nooks to relax while looking out at the ocean. View can’t be beat! Always very peaceful so perfect if you are looking to get away from crowds and other people’s noise. All the staff are very friendly and anxious to attend to any need. Love the little resort cats Jackie & Blackie that paid us a visit every day. Excellent snorkelling right off the resorts private dock. Within walking (or swimming distance ) to Playa Lagun beach. Rooms are clean and well equipped. We loved our stay!"

"Great stay- loved the resort, the view, and the steps right into the ocean. Super close to several beautiful beaches and two national parks. Furniture / kitchen are dated and a little worn, but that wasn't a big deal to us. Host provided an excellent packet of info about the area that was super helpful. One thing folks should be aware of is that the dining options on this part of the island are a bit limited and you generally need to make reservations in advance everywhere."

"Our stay at this villa was truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, the owner, Gary, was incredibly responsive, helpful, & genuinely invested in making sure our experience was exceptional. His communication before & throughout our stay was seamless and reassuring.Upon arrival, Michael, the property manager, gave us a thorough tour of the villa, making sure we were comfortable with every aspect of the home & its amenities. He also offered an optional ATV tour of the area, which we happily took advantage of for an additional fee. It was a fantastic experience & a fun way to explore the area.The villa itself is stunning, with breathtaking views & a beautiful infinity-edge pool that quickly became a favorite gathering spot for our group. Whether enjoying morning coffee or relaxing at the end of the day, the setting was simply spectacular.Gary’s recommendation of Koen, the private chef, was another highlight of our stay. Koen provided two delicious meals that were prepared & dropped off, as well as one incredible dinner cooked for us at the villa. The food was outstanding & truly elevated the entire experience - a perfect blend of convenience & luxury.Our party of seven (myself, my husband, our four boys ages 15 to 22 & one girlfriend) had an amazing time & created memories we will cherish for years to come. This villa & the exceptional people who support it offers a first-class experience, & we would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Curacao!"
