Room smelled like bleach And appeared very white and clean there were no pictures on wall there were however 4 cockroaches crawling on bed frame the fridge was missing overall I guess it’s not the worst I’ve seen but it’s a close race I’d in completely honest

My room looked like an episode of Lt Joe Kenda, Homicide Hunter, everywhere you looked you saw blood, on the walls, the floor, the sheets. There was cleaning done as the room appeared clean when walking in, however, that first site of dried blood brought everything else in full view. Front Desk Staff was awesome, appreciated his understanding

I would not recommend this place especially if you have family. The outside looks like it’s not well maintained, low lighting inside the room, tv was missing a remote, you could hear the neighbors yelling, you had people in ankle monitors walking around, the pool hasn’t been maintained in a long time. I didn’t feel safe being there. Although the staff support was excellent.

The staff was very nice, and the entrance was very well kept, however the room quality was very poor. Our room still had stains on the bed sheets and pillow cases from previous customers, as well as on the floor with dirt unswept. Would recommend elsewhere for better quality.

The room was SPOTLESS. I know there are some really bad reviews on here but my room didn't have a spec of anything anywhere. Almost as if it were brand new. The gentlemen at the counter understood customer service and it showed. I will certainly stay again.

There's a lot of police there and undercover cars as well. Not a good place for families to stay, especially with younger children as there is probation sweeps on a regular basis and people going to jail... So if you're on probation, this is not a place you want to stay... TV had no remote, washer/dryer was broken for a week, although the night guy will help you with laundry by taking it to their industrial machines.. no trash cans in the room, at all, and there is no breakfast, but 4 months ago there was.. all in all, it's not horrible for the price and location, staff is great and will work with you if you can't pay on time some days.

This shouldn’t even be an option on Expedia. It isn’t a hotel it’s a long term stay for people. When you show up to check in and the cops are there you know it isn’t going to be good. Checking in guy loudly states name and personal info and room number giving the “guests” in the lobby our information. Told it’s on that side with just a point. No other information about the place given. Headed up to the room there was trash everywhere. In the room, cigarette burns on the “comforter”, not clean at all. Claims queens, but not. Room had dirt everywhere. Random microwave mounted above mini fridge. Two sinks in the bathroom area but neither worked well. No towels, had to go ask and then wait 15 minutes for them. Adjoining door to another room. Large wardrobe put in front of it but no sound proofing. The 3:00 am wake up to the “activities” going on next door wasn’t great. Could hear every conversation going on there. People live there full time. Dogs and kids all around. Walk up and kids asking you for money. One of the most uncomfortable nights ever. 0/10 would never go there again and would not encourage anyone to go there. Have some signage that says “comfort inn” stayed with that chain before never had an issue. If it still is theirs they should take some action. What a terrible place!
