"Cute house. Had everything we needed. Great beach for the kids to play in the sand. We were surprised by the poor water quality in the bay but we were able to find a great place to get in the water about an hour away. Friendly neighbors. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Double Tree Riverfront hotel in Bay City. The staff was very friendly and professional. The only issue we had was that the bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain properly. We reported it 3 ways; to the front desk staff; to housekeeping staff; and in a text message regarding our stay. It did not get addressed while we were there, and it was a problem. Everything else was very good...great location, and room was very clean. Overall, a great mini-vacation. "

"This place is incredible! Private and quiet property, beautiful enough to take your breath away. Surrounded by water on all 3 sides, making you feel like you’re on an island. Plenty of sights to see and food to eat in nearby Bay City. So many things to do during your stay like kayaking and fishing in the bay. Spectacular host Tracy is super friendly and accommodating.
