"Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast. Could use more staff, in the cleaning department. Hallways and rooms needed a good vacuuming. Cheerios found in corners of kitchen. Pill on the floor of the bedroom. Tables in breakfast area needed wiping between guests. I think they need more staff. Was quiet and convenient."

"My husband and I are in our 80’s. To get to our apartment we had to climb 20 narrow, steep steps. I fell the first day after climbing a couple of times so I tried to call our contact but he never returned our call after the very first day when I asked for permission to check in early. He gave that. I was going to ask if it was possible to move to a first floor unit. He never returned my call so we decided to go home. After we moved out, I called to let him know, but he never returned my call...

"The host was quick to help when I checked in and discovered an issue - He made adjustments and accommodated my stay."

"Great stay! So nice to have all the comforts of home while we’re visiting family."

"The property itself wasn't the one we had originally booked. The first property's maintenance had not been completed by the time of our stay, so the host provided us with an upgrade. We were very happy with the property we stayed at."
