“要在指定時間check-in，做的員工很慢排長龍，check-in時話我們的房未比錢，其實是酒店未過數。房間很細，插頭只有二個，房中冷氣很細，另一間只有風無冷氣，即時同酒店員工反映，員工答應跟進，返回酒店發現仍無冷氣，再找員工幫忙，其中一員工到房睇堅持話剛開所以感覺唔到，但過一段時間仍只有風，再找員工時原來已放工無任何人幫手，這晚只有熱一晚，員工這樣極無責任心。”

“Pour un hôtel à 150 € la nuit, je trouve que la prestation n'est pas au rendez vous. Literie dure, j'ai été réveillé par deux fois dans la nuit quand le voisin de chambre est rentré j'ai réellement cru que quelqu'un rentrait dans ma chambre à 2h30 et à 5h30\. la salle de bain est vraiment simple pour le prix payé. Le petit dej inclut dans le prix était simple aussi sans réel choix sucré ou salé. J'ai essayé je ne reviendrai pas. ”
