"Great place and a great host. Pity that we could stay only one night this time. We appreciate that Valerie helped us with all the questions that we had asked. We really liked her green approach: no plastic used; she made her own juice and yoghurt. Everything else (jam, honey etc) was stored in small glass containers."

"Maison très agréable fonctionnelle (2 terrasses), il ne manque rien, cadre magnifique, si vous recherchez la quiétude vous êtes au bon endroit. Piscine au top. Idéale pour une grande famille (nous étions 11), petits villages aux alentours magnifiques. Très bon accueil par la famille D'Huyvetter-Jacob qui sont pleins d'empathies et à dispositions. Une bouteille de vin et un jus fruit en guise de bienvenue très apprécié."

"Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait. C'est l'endroit idéal pour une déconnexion totale, au calme, entouré par la nature.Le logement est très propre, parfaitement fonctionnel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la baignoire, un vrai petit plus après une journée de balade. L'hôte est très discret, d'une grande gentillesse et très réactif au moindre besoin.Le mélange entre la décoration ancienne et les touches modernes, ainsi que l'agencement de l'appartement, nous ont donné l'impression de remonter le temps, comme si nous passions nos vacances chez nos grands-parents. C'était une sensation unique, pleine de charme et de nostalgie, tout simplement magique.Entre la nature omniprésente, les animaux qui nous entourent, les rivières à proximité et les magnifiques petits villages à découvrir, tout était réuni pour passer un moment inoubliable.Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci encore pour cet accueil !"

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at. In beautiful surroundings with a rustic charm but with fantastic modern rooms. The staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for you and were bilingual, which was a big help for me. Effortlessly conversing in English and German. The bed was comfy, the shower amazing and the TV a nice big size. The restaurant was fabulous and every meal I had there was delicious. I loved the outside areas too, either cooling off in the pool, reading a book in the tranquil gardens or having a coffee next to the river. The perfect stay!"

"Lovely shabby chic style hotel with lots of upcycled features within a renovated collection of buildings around a central courtyard. Attentive welcome from the owner and lots of nice touches, such as the gifting of a delicious homemade chocolate dessert on our final night. Makes a pleasant change from overly commercialised and formulaic hotels, where you are just part of a pipeline of guests - this feels more like staying with family or friends. Highly recommended"

"Very charming place. Friendly staff, great home made breakfast and beautiful views. Very friendly people in the village also. Sad that we only could stay one night over Easter as we were a family travelling by car further south. Place definitely worth coming back. Decent space on the property ground to park your car. Beautiful garden with pond with fish in it. "
