This comfortable apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, in front of the beach of Bas-Sablons in St-Malo in the district of St-Servan. It has a breathtaking view of the sea, St-Malo intramural, and the port It has a veranda overlooking the sea .. It has a private parking and a common room for bicycles .. All shops are within walking distance (Carrefour Market, 2 bakeries, coffee press, etc. .) as well as St-Malo Intra-muros which is 15 minutes walk, and the market, (2 times per week), covered and uncovered, (Halles), 2 minutes.Access to the beach is opposite the building. The apartment is located west and offers beautiful sunsets.

No towel or bed sheets provided. I got a “reminder” two days before the stay, in French, to bring our own. I replied in English that Expedia didn’t mention that and got a snappy response in French. So you’re expected to carry over two sets of sheets, the beds are tiny, and all your towels. Another point is that the owner insists on giving you a grand tour of the place and wants 50 euros as a cleaning fee. Again not in the agreement when booking the stay. I did not pay that. They don’t speak English apparently, so good luck if you don’t speak French. Also, there was no heat.

Un enchantement !

Cette propriété est un enchantement ! Bien sûr le mobilier est typé mais tout y est soigné, propre et cela change des appartements sans âme. De plus, son emplacement en fait un endroit idéal pour visiter Saint Malo et les alentours sans l'inconvénient de l'intra-muros très (trop?) touristique.

Appartement excellement situé, avec la rue commerçante à 100m et la plage à 30m. Accueil parfait, on nous a même proposé de bénéficier du parking pour la journée après notre départ.

Apparemment idéal

Quel plaisir d’avoir pu séjourner dans ce logement propre, pratique, spacieux, calme offrant une vue magnifique sur le port de Saint-Servan et sur les remparts ! Que dire ? L’accueil a été très agréable, les couchers de soleil à tomber, la cité intra-muros se trouve à 10 minutes à pieds, une multitude de commerces se trouvent à proximité, la plage des Bas Sablons se trouve à 10 mètres… C’est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons !

Nous avons passés un bon sejour dans un appartement confortable et qui manque de rien, la vue est très belle sur St Malo et la mer est à deux pas . Commerces à moins de 5mn à pied. Le parking sous le bâtiment est très pratique(attention place pour voiture standard). Nous recommandons cette location. Séjour à Saint Malo

Appartement à rafraîchir, la vue « merveilleuse » apparaît quand on est dans la loggia, sinon vue sur les toits. Proche de la ville intra-muros à pieds, proche des commerces, rue passante côté loggia, chambres très calmes. Beau coucher de soleil. Prévoir des frais de ménage à ajouter au tarif déjà rondelet.

Location conforme aux photos. La situation est excellente (promenade de 10 min pour arriver à Saint-Malo intra-muros, plein de magasins à proximité, top poissonnerie, boulangerie, etc...) , le parking est très pratique et sécurisé, l'accueil chaleureux et efficace.
